OPD & IPD Charges

OPD: ₹100 per patient

Surgical & Procedure Charges

Major Surgery: ₹3,500

Ultrasound: ₹400
Emergency Services

Anesthesia Charges

Patient Load & Additional Incentives

OPD Patients per day: 50 to 150

IPD Patients per day: 2 to 20
👉 If a doctor examines more than 50 OPD patients or more than 2 IPD patients, an additional ₹100 per patient will be paid.
Working Hours & Service Conditions

Minimum 3 hours of service per day is mandatory

Summer Timings: Between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Winter Timings: Between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Sunday
Leave Policy
-
4 leaves per month are allowed
Private Practice Policy
-
Specialist doctors are allowed to do private practice
-
However, unwanted referrals are strictly prohibited
-
Doctors must not refer patients to their private clinics from government facilities
Violation of this rule may lead to strict action.
Record Maintenance
-
Doctors must manually maintain OPD & IPD registers
-
Currently, no IT system is available, so all patient records must be maintained properly
-
Patient records may be audited if OPD exceeds 150% or IPD exceeds 30 patients per day
