NCERT Recruitment 2025–26 Released: Apply Online for Group A, B & C Non-Teaching Posts

We are going to discuss the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and its new recruitment notification that has been officially released for various non-teaching and non-academic posts.

We will explain how to apply the NCERT Online Form 2025–26 step by step, including the complete registration and application process.

Vacancies have been released under:

  • Group A posts

  • Group B posts

  • Group C posts

Eligible candidates can apply online for these posts.

⚠️ Important:
Before applying for the form, please make sure to:

  • Carefully read the official notification

  • Check eligibility conditions

  • Verify age criteria

  • Review educational qualifications

Only after confirming eligibility should you proceed with the online application.

Step 1: Visit the Official NCERT Portal

To apply online, first visit the official NCERT recruitment portal.

After opening the portal, you will find:

  • Important instructions

  • Important dates

  • Helpline number

📌 Read the advertisement and instructions carefully before applying.

Step 2: Registration Process

Click on the “Registration” option.

  • If you are a new user, complete the registration

  • If already registered, log in using User ID and Password

Registration Details:

  1. Select Post Name (from the available list)

  2. Post Code will be auto-filled

  3. Enter:

    • Applicant’s full name

    • Mobile number

    • Email ID

📲Make sure your mobile number and email ID are active and valid, as an OTP will be sent.

  • Click on Generate OTP

  • Enter the OTP received on your mobile

  • Validate the OTP

  • Accept the declaration

  • Enter the captcha code

  • Click on Verify

Review your details. If any correction is required, edit it.
Finally, submit the form to complete registration.

After successful registration, click on “Go to Application”.

Step 3: Fill Application Form

🔹 Basic Details

  • Gender

  • Date of Birth (select via calendar)

  • Nationality

  • Category (General / EWS / OBC / SC / ST)

  • Father’s Name

  • Mother’s Name

  • Religion

  • Marital Status

Test City Preference

  • Select three exam centers as per your preference from the given list.

Disability & Service Details

  • If you belong to PwBD category, select:

    • Type of disability

    • Percentage

    • Scribe requirement (Yes/No)

  • Ex-Servicemen: Enter joining and relieving dates

  • Departmental employee (NCERT): Enter employee details

  • Currently working in Central/State Govt/PSU: Provide joining details

If not applicable, select No.

Click Save & Next.

Step 4: Communication Details

Enter:

  • Present address

  • Country

  • State

  • District

  • Pin Code

If permanent address is the same, select Yes (it will auto-copy).
Otherwise, enter details manually.

Click Save & Next.

Step 5: Educational Qualifications

Class 10 Details:

  • Board name

  • Month & Year of Passing

  • School Name

  • Subjects studied

  • CGPA / Percentage (as per marksheet)

Class 12 Details:

  • Board name

  • Year of Passing

  • Institution name

  • Subjects

  • Percentage / CGPA

👉 For ITI, Diploma, Degree, or other qualifications, enter details as required for the selected post.

⚠️ Important:
Essential and desirable qualifications depend on the post applied for, so enter details carefully.

Click Save & Next.

Step 6: Document Upload

Upload the following documents:

  • Photograph:

    • Size: 100–200 KB

    • White background

  • Signature:

    • Size: 80–150 KB

  • 10th Certificate (Name & DOB proof)

  • 12th Certificate

  • Category Certificate (Central Government format)

✔️ Documents can be uploaded in JPG or PDF format.

After uploading, click View to verify documents.

Step 7: Final Preview & Submission

  • Agree to the declaration

  • Enter captcha code

  • Click Preview

If any mistake is found, go back and edit.
If everything is correct, submit the application form.

Application Fee Payment

If an application fee is applicable:

  • Pay via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking

Application Successfully Submitted

Your NCERT Online Application Form 2025–26 will be successfully submitted after payment.
