Fill the following clearly:
- Village / Mouza name
- Gram Panchayat name
- Block name
- District name
Kisan Credit Card (KCC) Status
- Tick Yes if you have KCC
- Tick No if you don’t

Steps:
- Search “Krishak Bandhu” on Google
- Open the official website
- Click “Registered Farmer Information”
- Select Voter ID
- Enter your Voter ID number
- Verify captcha and click Search
- Copy the KB ID shown
