  • SPOs / Home Guards / Ex-Servicemen – up to 40 years

Salary Level

• Pay Level 2 (as per J&K Pay Matrix)

For Male Candidates

• Height: 5 feet 6 inches

• Chest (Unexpanded): 32 inches

• Chest (Expanded): 33.5 inches

• Race: 1600 meters in 6 minutes

• Push-ups & Shot Put: As per official norms

For Female Candidates

• Height: 5 feet 2 inches

• Race: 1000 meters in 6.5 minutes
