This step is mandatory but does not mean applying for a certificate. It is only for profile creation.

Fill in:

  • Name

  • Guardian name

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Select document type (Aadhaar / Voter / Ration Card)

  • Enter document number

  • Upload the selected document

  • Click Submit

Once done, your profile is created successfully.

Step 6: Search for the Certificate

Now the download options will be unlocked.

Fill in:

  • Beneficiary name

  • Father’s/Husband’s name

  • Reference ID (optional)

  • Sanction ID (optional)

  • Scheme Name:
